I am delighted to announce that booking is open once again for my Calm Celebrations course, which will run again from Monday 4th November.
As a parent, I know you want to give your children joyful experiences. You want to make memories that they will cherish well into adulthood, gifting them moments of calm togetherness alongside exuberant celebration.
We know that spending quality time with friends and family is a strong indicator of wellbeing and happiness. But in real life, eagerly anticipated celebrations, festivals, and birthday parties can often end up in overwhelm, exhaustion, and bickering. You want your celebrations to have meaning, to reflect your family values, but find that meaning can often end up lost amongst the piles of gifts and the weight of expectation to create a “perfect day”.
The overwhelm – and over-spending – and following crash that can come with family celebrations can feel inevitable. But it doesn’t have to be. Year after year – anticipated, enjoyed, and remembered – celebrating moments big and small together as a family can bring you closer together.
That is why I am running this course, designed to help you create meaningful and beloved family celebrations that will bring you joy for years to come, whilst staying calm and connected to your children in the process. You’ll come away at the end of the course with clarity around what you want from your celebrations, and what a good celebration looks like in your home.
Find out more here, or read on.

We’ll cover getting super clear on the meaning behind what you choose to celebrate, finding ways to make celebrations fit your family values, how to talk to family about gift and parenting preferences, how to keep ourselves calm as parents, how to choose toys and plan calm play spaces, how to bring celebration into everyday life, and so much more on top of “just” celebration content.
Past participants have found that the course has given them a gentle push to plan celebrations that feel good to them and which reflect their children’s needs and dreams rather than what’s expected of them by others or what they feel pressured into. This might sound like a small thing in the scheme of things, but the way we celebrate as a family speaks so much about what we hold dear. And a great birthday or Christmas is something we remember for a long time – for all the right reasons!
Is it right for me?
This course is for you if you have young children and want to give your family the gift of calm and meaningful family celebrations and a peaceful childhood. You do not need to live in the UK to take part – parents from all over the world take part in my courses, and I love that they are always international – nor do you need a social media account.

This course looks so good. I’ve previously done your Rhythm in the Home and A Beautiful Childhood courses and can’t recommend them enough.
