Parenting is hard. This, we know. But it can also be beautiful, and connect us with ourselves in ways we didn’t know were possible.
We deserve to feel joy and delight in our daily lives. And when we are lit up with happiness, it radiates out to our families. Yet it can feel as though so much gets in the way of that joy: chores, guilt, comparison, exhaustion, a lack of time to even pee alone…
Parenting From Joy can’t make all the bad bits go away. But it can help you to find the magic and beauty amongst the chaos.

How does it work?
Parenting From Joy is a video workshop, accessed online.
Upon purchase, you’ll be sent a link to the workshop. There you will find four videos (20-30min each), with each one focusing on a different aspect of the workshop:
- Finding clarity around what matters
- Letting go of guilt and comparison
- Building a foundation of self-compassion
- Parenting from joy
Each video is designed so that they can be watched separately or together, and each section is a mix of conceptual and practical information and advice.
You’ll also find a beautiful PDF workbook to accompany the workshop videos, filled with questions to help you reflect on what you’ve listened to, and help you apply the ideas covered to your life.
You will also have access to a private Facebook group, with a live Q&A session on Saturday 10th October.

The workshop cost £39, but the first 200 people to purchase it can do so for just £29 with the code “first200”.
